Continental Airlines Renews Partnership With the National Association of Hispanic Journalists

HOUSTON, March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) has renewed its partnership as the official airline of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) special events.

"Continental Airlines is proud to support the NAHJ's efforts to provide professional and career opportunities to the nation's Hispanic journalists," said John Slater, staff vice president, Latin America and the Caribbean, Continental Airlines. "We applaud the NAHJ's advocacy of fair, accurate and balanced coverage of the Latino population."

The partnership includes three NAHJ events: the 21st Annual Scholarship Banquet in New York on March 18; the 28th Annual Multimedia Convention and Career Expo, June 23-26, in Denver; and the 25th Annual Noche de Triunfos Journalism Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., in September during Hispanic Heritage Month.
